On November 16th and 17th, 2022, KVT-Fastening has the honor to showcase the Smart Factory Assembly application of the Universal Robot at the ROBOTER AUF TOUR in Linz.

Smart Factory Assembly digitizes the assembly line in many ways to increase process reliability and productivity, which reduces production costs throughout manufacturing. The digital and interactive work instructions guide the worker through the assembly process and work steps are automatically documented. All relevant assembly tools are connected and can interact with the systems. And the production data is tracked and can be reviewed at any time.

In addition, the integration of collaborative robots in the assembly process relieves the worker and increases productivity. Cobots (Collaborative Robots) are controlled via the system, similar to how a screwdriver works. The programs are taught and programmed via the robot's software. In the corresponding work step, the cobot receives the signal for the work to be carried out.
